The guides at Rupisalmo were the most skilled guides I’ve ever hunted with and made my Gredos Ibex Hunt a dream come true. They were great in the planning process, and even better once I landed. The accommodations exceeded my expectation, the treated me like family every second of the trip. They are very skilled and knowledgeable with the terrain and animals. They made sure the hunt was memorable by taking excellent photos and videos. No detail was sparred in their planning. I cannot wait to hunt a Beceite Ibex with them.

It was my first bow hunting trip for Beceite Ibex in Spain. I went with the RupiSalmo team and was really pleased with all the organization and the job they did during the hunt. The guides were very professional, excellent at spotting animals, and very helpful in planning stalks. Even though I missed a clean arrow shot on my billy, I was super happy with my first Spanish hunting experience and will definitely be back. Video & photo team specializing in hunting, fly fishing, and outdoor activities.

I don’t know where to even start. From booking the experience with Rupisalmo and I say experience bc it was way more beyond just hunting beceite ibex to the drop off after was priceless. Starting off discussing with Josep what trophy we were looking for and booking the experience was as smooth as could be. He politely answered any and all questions we had regarding booking, payment, accommodations, and the hunt. Then finally came the day in which we were picked up from the airport by both Josep and Miquel and driven to our very nice accommodations and got settled in. Afterwards we were taken out for a nice dining where we ate and all became acquainted which seemed we had known each other for years. The next 2 days were spent glassing and stalking on some very nice ibex but just couldn’t make it happen. We finished each evening fine dining with Josep and Miquel talking about the day and plan for the following. Coming into the last day I was starting to get nervous as the weather had turned for the worst with freezing cold rain and high winds but the Rupisalmo team would always insure there was No Problem. As the rain began to lighten and the fog lifted we spotted our target and made a plan. Again we went down and up the mountain to cut off the herd with the target ibex and got set up just in time to make a perfect shot. We all celebrated on that mountain as we all worked together to get such a trophy. Thanks to Josep, Miquel, and the whole team that never gave up, I have a trophy of a lifetime, memories that will last forever, and life long friends! Josep and Miquel with Rupisalmo is the real deal! Thanks again!

Beceite Ibex

Our experience with RupiSalmo and our friends Josep and Mikel was fantastic, definitely worth repeating. Their great knowledge of the hunting areas gave us the best opportunities to harvest old Pyrenean Chamois males. We spent three days hunting with them and returned with countless experiences, the kind that only high mountains leave in hunters, in addition to two magnificent trophies. Without a doubt, since we returned from hunting with them, I have recommended them to my friends. They are a guarantee in high mountain hunting!

My husband and I embarked on a hunting adventure with Josep and Miquel, exceptional guides who possessed impressive knowledge and professionalism. This hunt stands as one of the finest experiences we’ve had to date. Unlike some hunts with high fences, this was a true mountain hunt. The hospitable hosts made sure we had everything we needed, catering to our every request. They even took us to retrieve our own truffles. We spent three exhilarating days in the mountains, and our efforts paid off when we successfully got a gold and bronze ibex. I would highly recommend Rupisalmo if you are looking for an amazing top notch experience.

If you want to hunt in Spain, you should definitely do it with Rupisalmo. They are very professional hunters with great experience. They have the best hunting areas in Spain and especially in the Pyrenees, which they know perfectly. Their areas are very exclusive, with large animal populations, good trophies and beautiful landscapes. The best food and the best wine. As people, they are excellent hosts, with great willingness and energy to make your hunt a success. Without a doubt, my next trip to Spain will be with Josep and Miquel from Rupisalmo!
